We undertook pilot development using RPA, and offered recommendations for Purchase Order Creation Process and Accounts Payable automation. The following solutions were offered:

  • Studied existing “AS-IS” Purchase Order creation process using EPR and SCM flow
  • Technical study of EPR system – Technology, RPA compatibility with EPR system, Data Import/export and EPR user interface assessment
  • Understood the EPR to SCM data feed process

  • Evaluated maturity of current process to identify suitability of RPA automation
